The cost is $26 per person ($27 on Saturdays) and children 10 and under are free with paying adult. You can purchase tickets for your selected room experience HERE. We do also offer coupons from time to time. Call us to see if we have any weekday specials or check any of our social media sites. (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).

Unfortunately not. 

We are staffed based on bookings by phone and/or our web site. Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays we are fully staffed and able to take walk-ins (depending on schedule) but we STRONGLY ENCOURAGE booking ahead as our weekends fill up quite quickly and for that reason, we usually can't accommodate a walk in. 

For potential same day openings, teams are welcome to check online or call ahead and check for openings in the schedule/last minute cancellations and when possible, we will do our very best to accommodate your team.

No. 

You do NOT need to pay for all the tickets in advance at the time of the booking. Depending on the size of your group, we can take payment for one or two ticket as a deposit on the game so others can pay on site at the time of your game or so that the responsible party can pay for the exact number of players on the day of the game if the total player count is still to be determined.

Please allow for about 1 hour and 30 minutes to explain the rules at the beginning, play the game, and talk about game play after.

Tickets can be purchased online via the BOOK NOW button on our website or by calling us at 814-580-9905. 

When booking online, please refer to our calendar and click an available time slot and select the number of tickets you wish to reserve in your session. Online bookings are made securely through our booking system and require Credit or Debit Card information at the time of purchase. 

Each game has a maximum number of 8 tickets that can be purchased. 

**If your team consists of 10 people - 

OPTION 1 - Call us for assistance with your booking if paying for all players in advance.

OPTION 2 -  "Add on players" can attend with you at the time of your game and pay for themselves on site

You can easily change or cancel an existing reservation in our booking system or by calling. 

FOR A FULL REFUND - 48 hours notice is required. 

LESS THAN 48 HOURS - Players can simply reschedule (no money will be lost) by going back into our booking system under your reservation and changing your game day/time or by calling us at 814-580-9905. 

We understand that emergencies and problems do arise, so as long as you contact us in advance, will always work with you to be sure you can experience Escape Game Erie at a more convenient time.

Sessions are available for bookings at least four (4) months in advance. If you are interested in a date farther than four months out, please call us for assistance.

Yes. We will do our best to accommodate your group's needs if you want to fit into a day that already looks booked. Please call if you have specific inquiries. We are always willing to work with you if/when the schedule allows.

We will do our best to accommodate you if you are running behind for some reason.

***It is possible to be admitted to the room after the scheduled start time of your session but we do, most times, have games booked back to back so we unfortunately can't guarantee this. ***

If you arrive up to 15 minutes past of the start time of your scheduled game, and the schedule allows for it, we will still put you through your game fully.

If you arrive up to 15 minutes past of the start time of your scheduled game and games for that day are booked back to back, you will be given the option to reschedule or play an abbreviated game.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes past the start of your game, it is most likely you will be required to reschedule for a different day/time. 

If you do miss the start of your game and it is impossible to accommodate a late start, we will credit your ticket cost towards a future game or process a refund minus a $25 booking/staffing fee.
